SPONSOR

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Escalade Sports, Inc., on behalf of AllCornhole, 817 Maxwell Ave., Evansville, IN 47711 ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 31, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Monthly drawings will be conducted throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by scanning the QR code included with select AllCornhole products sold through Dick's Sporting Goods ("DSG") and completing the online entry form located at:

http://www.allcornhole.com/pages/DSG-monthly-giveaway

Entrants must provide their full name, valid email address, and mobile phone number and submit the form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per mobile phone number during the Sweepstakes Period.

Automated, robotic, or programmatic entries are prohibited. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted through unauthorized means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or garbled entries.

PRIZE

Monthly Prize (one (1) winner selected each month):

One (1) set of 2026 GameChanger OG ACL Pro Stamped Cornhole Bags – Onyx

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Monthly Prize: $99.99.

A total of seven (7) Monthly Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period.

No cash or prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the fifth (5th) business day following the end of each calendar month during the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received through the applicable drawing date.

Once selected, a winner will no longer be eligible to win additional Monthly Prizes.

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or SMS message using the contact information provided at entry. Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of attempted notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release.

ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of each monthly drawing date.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
