Warranty
AllCornhole and Victory Tailgate warrant products for a period of ninety (90) days against any defects.
The customer must provide verification of defective product with a picture emailed to Customer Service for verification. Customers are only applicable to receive one replacement item during this warranty period.
Please note, inspections of product must take place BEFORE any after market alterations are made. Any alternations will void the warranty. (Such as staining, adding decals or painting etc.)
Orders
Most products are made to order. After production is complete, items ship from our facility. Typical transit times range from 1-5 days, depending on the distance from our facility to your destination. Additional delays can occur during the peak holiday season or with extreme weather conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
Yes, you can expedite shipping if you select faster options during checkout. However that does not expedite production.
Any item that is received incorrectly or defective will require picture verification before the return process is started within the 90 day warranty period.

Pack items in original packaging and include Return Authorization Number on the package. UPS is our preferred carrier, however, if you choose another carrier, we they provide insurance and tracking information.
Please include a copy of the original packing slip and include the order number from the original order in the address.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please keep the tracking information of your return to monitor delivery status.
Typical return processing takes 30 days. Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue the credit. You will be notified you via email once your return is processed and the credit has been issued.

Payment
At this time, only one coupon code can be applied per order. Our system allows a single promotion to be used at checkout, so multiple codes cannot be combined.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal, Affirm, and Venmo.
When an order is placed, if the items go on sale within 24 hours after purchase, we will honor the sale price. Once the 24 hour grace period has passed, the sale price will no longer be honored. Please reach out to our customer service team with any questions.
Yes. Any order that a customer is requesting to pay with a PO must first be approved. You can send your PO request to our customer service department and the representatives will be able to forward your information to the correct sales representative.
Product
Unfortunately, no. We can’t offer the product graphics or licensed logos as digital product downloads.
Our bags weigh 14-16 oz per bag in accordance with the guidelines of the ACA (American Cornhole Association). All bag weights are listed under product specs on each individual product listing.
