When constructing our cornhole boards, we use only cabinet grade birch, which for those of you unfamiliar with lumber terms, means that we don’t settle for just any plywood, but instead use lumber that is designed to be put on display. When we construct our boards, we use mitered edges and insert tops, so you don’t have to worry about any unsightly plywood edges. The body of our cornhole boards use a cross-brace, which helps to prevent bouncing when the bags hit. Our leg assembly is kept inline with a cross brace (similar to the one used on the body) and they even fold into the board for maximum transport-ability. Our holes are cut perfectly centered, every time. All edges are rounded off with a router for a sleek look and to prevent snagging of your bags on any sharp corners or edges. Best of all our cornhole boards are built to meet ACA and ACO specifications, ensuring you get tournament quality standards.

2. We’ve got it in the bag!
With as much attention to detail as we put into our boards, we put just as much into our cornhole bags, because after all, what good is a fantastic set of boards with a terrible set of bags? Our bags come 6”x6” every time, for perfectly symmetrical edges and corners. Our cornhole bags, just like our boards, are ACA and ACO specifications. Don’t want to be tossing around “chinese star” bags? No problem, we use a rounded edge template to avoid just such atrocities.
Our materials are also top notch; we use only the highest quality duck cloth and/or microsuede fabric depending on the bag style. It’s what’s on the inside that counts, at least that’s what we believe using the highest quality whole feed corn or recycled plastic resin available (we’ll let you pick which you want to use). Last but certainly not least, our seams are sewn to last. In the assembly of our cornhole bags we use an industrial sewing machine with upholstery thread for an exceptionally strong seam. And just in case (heaven forbid) a seam does tear, we provide a 1 year seam warranty and we will end you a replacement bag completely free.
